 Paul Ferguson is currently assigned as the Systems Administrator and Regional Agency Coordinator for the LVMPD, and has nearly 25 years of law enforcement experience in security and police operations. He has served in several roles throughout his career including as a patrol officer, traffic investigator, detective, instructor, and administrator. He is a certified instructor, course developer, and course auditor with over 5000 hours instructing driver's training EVOC, report writing, BWC, and UCR compliancy, police supervisory roles, community policing, constitutional policing and decentralization. Paul has critical incident, emergency management experience and ICS certification. He's certified in critical incident peer counseling and group crisis intervention through NOVA, eTIP, and ICISF, and has been an LVMPD PEAP Cadre response team member. Paul is also a member of the Clark County IMT Cadre, and a coordinator for the Southern Nevada Memorial Foundation's museum vehicle team.
