4th Annual Community Cadet Camp
The Nevada Black Police Association, in partnership with our community partners, hosted a Community Cadet Camp designed to educate, inspire, and empower young adults to become future leaders.
Through mentorship, hands-on experiences, and positive engagement, participants learned what it means to lead, protect their communities, serve others, and make a meaningful difference.
Youth Justice Forum
The Nevada Black Police Association partnered with Senator Dina Neal and several community organizations to host the Youth and Justice Forum, an interactive event designed to educate young teens about their rights while strengthening relationships between youth and law enforcement.
Through role-playing scenarios, participants had the opportunity to switch perspectives and experience real-life situations from the viewpoint of a law enforcement officer. The mission of the forum was to create open dialogue, increase understanding, build trust, and develop stronger bonds between law enforcement and the youth in our community.
