C.J. is a police professional with over three decades of experience with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department upon relocating from NYC. Throughout his career C.J. served the Nevada Black Police Association and has held every position on the Nevada BPA board with the exception of Secretary. He also serves as a Region 1 Delegate on the board of the National Black Police Association. C.J.'s career has been characterized as being a servant leader who has been committed to uplifting those citizens who reside in the most underserved communities of Las Vegas while bridging the gap of acceptance, legitimacy, trust and understanding between law enforcement and the Las Vegas community at large.
